To learn clan skills on Lu4, you need Proof of Loyalty NG . Proof of Loyalty can be obtained in several ways:

• Reward for completing the first class transfer
• Reward for completing second class marks
• Hunting certain high-level monsters
• Drops from world bosses
• Purchase from other players
